Welcome to the USC Office of the Ombuds

The Ombuds Office is a safe and confidential place to share your USC-related issues with a University Ombuds. We will work with you to explore options or paths to manage your concern.

Please note

The USC Office of the Ombuds remains available to the USC community during this period of working and learning remotely. Please call or email the UPC or HSC Ombuds to request a phone or virtual appointment. We will also host virtual Ombuds Open House drop-in Zoom sessions where we will share conflict resolution and communication tips for issues that may arise as we work and learn remotely.
